Kelly

Kelly is one of our most experienced receptionists and plays a key role in keeping Pittwater Animal Hospital running smoothly. In addition to managing the front desk, she works closely with Sarah on practice management tasks, helping to coordinate the many moving parts of a busy veterinary hospital.

Focused, hardworking, and proactive, Kelly has a natural ability to keep things organised while maintaining a warm, approachable manner. She is often the reassuring voice on the phone or the friendly face you see when you walk through our doors. Her calm, capable presence helps create a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners, even on our busiest days.

Kelly has deep roots in the local community and first came to PAH as a client, caring for an eclectic family of pets including rats, birds, and greyhounds. Her previous career in client-facing recruitment honed her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities — all of which she now brings to her role here.

Whether she’s managing bookings, troubleshooting scheduling challenges, assisting with stock organisation, or greeting clients in person, Kelly approaches every task with professionalism and genuine care. Her commitment to supporting both our team and our clients makes her an invaluable part of the PAH family.
