Dental Care with Royal Canin Dental Biscuits
Every year as part of Bella’s health plan, she comes into Pittwater Animal Hospital for a health check and vaccination.
When Bella was a young cat, high levels of tartar and gingivitis were detected during her vaccination. This means she had a build up of debris on her teeth (tartar), plus inflamed gums (gingivitis). Bella’s owner was recommended by our vets to feed her Royal Canin Dental Diet as most of her diet. Bella has followed this feeding regime for most of her life.
Bella recently presented for her 10-year-old vaccination and health check. Dr Heidi was very pleased at how healthy and clean Bella’s teeth were. This will give her a very healthy mouth into old age, which is a great health advantage.
